The 33rd reconnaissance and photo Squadron arrived at Toussus-le-Noble (A-46) just after the Liberation.

In September 1944, the pilot Lt. Luther “Peaches” Killingsworth is not resisted the pleasure of visiting the Eiffel Tower passing with his Piper L - 4 below.

His escapes earned him an article in the journal of the U.S. Army, Stars and Stripes. At least another driver reitera exploit current November 1944.
